AS2 streaming link duration and User Pool questions

AS2 User Pool – Do we have script which allows administrator to create multiple users (e.g. 100) in AS2 User Pool with input parameter as First Name, Last Name, email address, streaming link start date & end date?

We don't have a script, however, one can be easily created using the APIs: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/appstream2/latest/APIReference/API_CreateUser.html

AS2 User Pool – I have multiple AS2 streaming URL and would like to associate each streaming URL to group of users in User Pool. I don’t see any option to create Group within User Pool. How do we solve this problem?

User Pool does not use the streaming URL to provide access to end users. End users gain access to AppStream using User Pools via the persistent logon URL that is emailed to the user. The logon URL is the same for all users. Please use these URLs. With respect to groups, AS2's User Pool doesn't currently support grouping users. Each user will need to be assigned to the stack. AS2 Streaming link – I am looking at potential customer who provides learning to internal team and needs Streaming link validity for 30 days. I know, maximum streaming link validity is 7 days. Customer don’t want to use SAML (they are happy with User Pool in AS2). What is the alternate here?

Same as above - the Streaming URL and User Pool options are separate access modes to provide access to AS2, and do not interact. Please use the logon URL that's provided in the email that is sent in the email.

AS2 User Pool – when user is created in User Pool, user receives email with streaming detail, username and password. Can we customize email content which is sent to the user of User Pool?

AppStream does not currently support this capability. There's an active SalesForce PFR for AS2 to add this capability - please add your customers opportunity against it.

That said, the customer can build their own access portal if they want to customize the details, however, this will require development effort, and would not use AS2's User Pool feature.
