Hi,
Thank you for reporting this. We have passed this along to the service team to take a closer look. In the meantime, could you try using DescribeMatchmaking as a fallback to query for the ticket status if in the off-chance that you haven't received a FlexMatch notification? That should hopefully get you unblocked and help restart the ticket if needed.
