SSO of CLI error

Hello,

I am trying to create an SSO for the CLI at AWS.

I used the provided document from AWS:

It gives me the URL to log in from my Browser, but I can't complete the step when it is asking to add my alias or username, but not able to log in.

Is the issue as I didn't prepare the SSO for the console using AAD?
