Your screen shot "All G and VT Spot Instance Requests" is for Spot instances. You need to check and adjust quota for Running On-Demand G and VT instances

So do you increase the limit after the template fails? If it`s possible you can delete the stack and deploy a new one.

yeah I know there is a limit but you can see in my screenshot the quota is set to 8 so I should have enough limit
