Migrating from t3.Medium to t3.xlarge

Hi Team, Greetings and Good day, Currently, I am using a t3.Medium instance running Ubuntu, now I need some more CPU and RAM. I have already provisioned a t3.Xlarge instance (which suite my purpose) running Ubuntu. I would like now to migrate everything from the t3.Medium instance to the new t3.Xlarge instance. can you please guide us on the proper way in doing so?
