Error creating cluster on Red Hat Openshift

Hello,
I try to create a cluster on Red hat openshift, and it need AWS IAM user credentials AWS access key ID, then I created one, but still errors like the below:

CLUSTERS-MGMT-400: User name associated to BYOC credentials is empty

Operation ID: 25e8e957-16ea-4428-bfd1-c53681edb6bc

Answer

Does this have anything to do with [AWS ParallelCluster](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/parallelcluster/latest/ug/what-is-aws-parallelcluster.html)? If not, please remove the AWS ParallelCluster label.
