Can the Panorama device recover automatically if the power of the structure is turned off for a while?

I observed the following situation: the power disappeared for a few minutes/hours, but panorama applications weren't restored when it came back. So I was needed to redeploy the application manually to get it to work. We are running app on Panorama Dev Kit
