Why am I being billed as an employee?

Hello! I had interned in AWS and had created an aws account while doing and sde training BT101 and do not recall setting anything up for my account, yet I am getting emails a year later about an accrued bill. I've deleted the S3 buckets, yet I am still accruing fees. How can I fix this?
