I would like to use the [quickstart dragen](https://github.com/aws-quickstart/quickstart-illumina-dragen) to create all the infrastructure required to run Dragen. Something that is not clear for me as i'm new, is the VPC part of this quickstart that use an other [quickstart](https://github.com/aws-quickstart/quickstart-aws-vpc/tree/b7aefd089e944d77cdc2b083886cdc498d2a6ee4) as a submodule. I would like to be sure that it use a S3 gateway endpoint because the pipeline transfers large files between s3 and the ec2 instance
