HR apprentice QuickSight access

To give access to your HR apprentice first create a IAM user that has console access (i.e.; password enabled )

To sign in to QuickSight

• Go to https://quicksight.aws.amazon.com/.
• For QuickSight account name, enter your account name. This is the name that was created when the QuickSight account was created in AWS.
• For Username, enter your QuickSight user name.
• If you're signing in as an IAM user, you're redirected to signin.aws.amazon.com (or amazon.com) to complete the sign-in process. Your user name is prefilled.
• Choose Sign in.

To Find Owner of the Dashboard

• Open the published dashboard and choose Share at upper right. Then choose Share dashboard.
• In the Share dashboard page that opens, you can find the owner of the dashboard under manage permissions tab

Make sure you share the dashboard with that IAM user
