how to deploy an containerized application in aws?

I am building an web application to build/run in a docker container. to host this in aws, i can build and push image to ECS. to host , say , a node js application , can i run the image/container in ECS?

Yes, it is possible to host Docker containerized Node.js applications on ECS.
