Greengrass V2: Configure DEFAULT_ERROR_RESET_TIME_IN_SEC

Please let me know if this question would be better suited to the nucleus github project.

I can see from the code, and from previous answers on this forum, that 'When a component becomes errored 3 times in 1 hour, then it is broken and needs to be redeployed'.

is it possible to change that timeout value? So that a component needs to enter 'Broken', for example, 3 times in 10 minutes, for it to require a redeployment?
