Cancel Savings Plans

We purchased the Savings Plans mistakenly and contacted customer support as soon as we saw the charge.

What are the steps to process the refund? I don't see any option to cancel the plan. Happy to provide the created case Id.

We are an early-stage company, and the charge is too expensive for us at this moment.

Looking forward to hearing soon!

I don't think there is a refund policy. But it is likely that Amazon will consider your request as you did it in error but keep in mind that backing out is something not encouraged. There can be one off however. Reach out to support and raise a ticket and see for yourself. Good luck.
