Cannot deploy web app using visual studio

Question

I am trying to publish My MVC project to AWS using AWS toolkit for visual studio. In Application Environment page I am getting this error. "error during url validation check url and try again " I have changed the url and it does not seems working. Also I have added EC2 and Elastic Beanstalk policies.
Please help me on this

What is probably happening is that the profile you are using does not have permission to create the container for your web application. This is not about the URL . Checking that URL is just the first time that the wizard checks with AWS.
