Unable to access identity in identity browser

Question

Access an identity in cognito identity browser always redirect to cognito homepage. My account have AWSCognitoPowerUser role.

Steps to reproduce:  
1. go to Cognito service https://console.aws.amazon.com/cognito/home  
2. select "Manage Identity Pools"  
3. select an identity pool  
4. select "identity browser" in the left side  
5. select an identity id in the right side  
6. EXPECTED: show records in this identity. ACTUAL: being redirected to Cognito service homepage (step 1)

tested in multi web browsers and multi AWS account, this issue happens for months

just tested, cannot reproduce.

you might want to clear your web browser cache and look at any extensions that can influence the rendering.
