Did not get response from support even after 48+ hours

It has been more than 48 hours since I created a support case to upgrade SES quota limit. I have not yet got any response from the support team. I got one automated reply saying I need to submit additional details so I provided all the necessary details as well.

I am trying to get the support in AWS for the first time. Is it normal to take more than 48+ hours even the auto reply says the support team will response within 24 hours?

Hello, The requests for SES Limit increases go to AWS trust and security, not their tech support so it will take some time. I would say about 3-5 days. And most likely you would be denied. You can try increasing your support tier and chatting with support for a faster response. Thanks.
