  • You have not really provided enough information for people to help you and the screenshot does not load for me. I would recommend that you edit the question to describe your full intent (AWS services you are using) how they are configured, expected results, actual results and what you have tried. Hopefully this will allow others to understand your situation and provide assistance.

  • As iBehr said, please share what you have tried and why you determined that SMTP is not working.

What settings, how did you try to send mail, and what happened? If there is an error message, it would also be helpful to share that.

The screenshot shows that DKIM and Custom MAIL FROM are set up. So it looks like you are ready to send mail.

As the iBehr and shibata have said above, you have not provided sufficient information to help you. Your screen-shot is from the easy DKIM and Custom From Domain settings page, not the SMTP configuration...

Taking a guess, I wonder if you have applied to move your SES into production mode - have you followed the process described here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/request-production-access.html (for the region in which you want to use SES)

If you do not do this, you will only be able to send from and too verified identities.
