Doan, That is what is odd - the only error I get is this one. Now to be clear, this happens as soon as I select "Build New App" and enter a app name.

Go get to the aws customer center to get more details. go and leave a case.

I got the error like you guys - no hint, no detail information at all. I got the final hint when I made an ec2 instance that said " contact aws service center". It takes 1 day to solve the problem My problem was that my account was locked for security issue for long time unused account by aws.
