MWAA stuck in a loop while Creating Environment

Question

I created a VPC and subnets for MWAA and then took nearly all the defaults form there. I clicked on create and it has showed "creating" for nearly two hours. Eventually it went to a state of Create Failed. Cloudtrail shows that it was continuously creating and deleting an ENI and then it deleted the VPC endpoints.   
  
There is nothing that I can find that tells me what was wrong so I can correct it.  
  
How to I find out why this is happened?

Generally, a create failed after such a long time is due to MWAA not being able to access Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) from your VPC.  Please check your VPC, or use the quick create link in the MWAA console to create a new one.
