How to trigger a sagemaker pipeline via event?

To achieve what you want via CloudFormation you need to compose:

1. the CFN Sagemaker pipeline definition that you already have
2. A CFN definition of a scheduled Pipeline via EventBridge: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/pipeline-eventbridge.html#pipeline-eventbridge-schedule
