Is it possible to route Buyer Messages from Amazon Seller Central into Amazon Connect chat?

Not out of the box and I am assuming you are talking about this API, https://developer-docs.amazon.com/sp-api/docs/messaging-api-v1-use-case-guide

If so, you can create an Amazon Connect Task with the link to the order/item/message interface so the agent will get the Task and click on the llink to respond to the customer in amazon.com
