Addind route53 domain to an amplify app

i have bought a route53 domain "loopyholdings.com" from this account but when I tried to add that to my amplify app it says "this not a route53 domain so create a hosted zone". i bought the domain from different aws account and then transfer it to this account.Enter image description here

Hello.

Have you successfully moved your domain from another account?
Also, if it has only been a few hours since you moved the domain, please wait a day or two before configuring the domain.
It is possible that the Amplify console is simply taking some time to detect the Route53 domain.

I tried checking the domain propagation check using the URL below, but the NS record can only resolve names in some countries.
It is possible that the NS records etc. have not been set properly.
