EC2 t2.large in us-west-2 stuck - Resolved (It just took time)

Instance ID i-014714b5b3dddb6ba showed running but was unresponsive. Had 0 status checks passed. Tried stopping the instance. Now it is stuck in a stopping state? Tried force-stopping it, nothing works. This is a production server. Any help is appreciated. Rebuilding an instance takes time. Pls. help.

IT took a long time but it stopped finally and I was able to start it.
