AWS MGN Shows Launch Test Instance Job is Created but Nothing Happens

Please see the linked images below. Basically, the source servers are Healthy and Ready for Testing but when I launch a test instance, nothing happens even if it says job has been created.

For context, other servers are launched without issues on the same launch subnet.

If this is a Windows operating system, check in the launch settings to see if it is marked as BYOL. If so, there are restrictions on the specific EC2 tenancy that it can be launched on. See the operating systems licensing guide in the MGN service documentation.
