BluAge L3 Workshop (Go Live --> Testing --> Test Online) Blank Screen when testing Online Transactions CC00

I am going through the AWS Blu Age Level 3 Self-Paced Troubleshooting Workshop.

I am currently testing the online transaction CC00.

The application opens in Appstream using the JICS Transaction runner screen but produces a blank screen.

Any suggestions or pointers on how to resolve would be appreciated.

Hi,

Did you trace in your brower the REST request made to back-end ? It not I'd suggest to do it: you'll get its structure and parameters.

Then, I'd suggest to use curl (or you favorite tool) to reproduce the same query out of the browser and see what you get.

Try using Tomcat 10 instead of Tomcat 9 for the carddemo-automation project. There is a tomcat 10 in the c:\work\program.
