Route 53 record test responds with DNS response code Non-Existent Domain

0

I just created my very first domain and I'm trying to test it but I'm getting "page can't be reached" from my browser, and the Route 53 record test returns DNS response code Non-Existent Domain. Not sure what I've done wrong. I have the following records defined: kevinmcdaniel.net NS Simple ns-1902.awsdns-45.co.uk., ns-1356.awsdns-41.org.,ns-906.awsdns-49.net.,ns-193.awsdns-24.com., kevinmcdaniel.net SOA Simple ns-1902.awsdns-45.co.uk. awsdns-hostmaster.amazon.com. 1 7200 900 1209600 86400 www.kevinmcdaniel.net A Simple s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com.

Any suggestions on where to look for an issue? Thanks in advance.

I am able to get an IP address when I perform a DIG on www.kevinmcdaniel.net. Looks like it may be a misconfiguration on DNS record to redirect to the right S3 bucket.

Take a look at this walkthrough: Configuring a static website using a custom domain registered with Route 53 .
