Unable to crawl S3 folders using Glue Crawler

Hi

I am facing ERROR : Internal Service Exception while trying to crawl the S3 bucket folder using the Glue crawler. Carwler Target is the Glue catalog tables.
Earlier it worked for one crawler for a different bucket. But now I am creating the second one, giving this ERROR. I tried to clone the previous one and change the source and destinations too, still it failed. Can you help me if there are any more checkpoints I might be missing.
