i need more vcpu for g2.2xlarg

Looks like you have hit the limit on the service quota for this instance type.

It's not clear whether this is on-demand or standard or SPOT instance, so I'll assume it's on-demand. Go to https://console.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/home/services/ec2/quotas/ (change to the correct region if neccessary) and in the search box type on-demand (with the hyphen) and you should see what all you on-demand quotas are currently set to.

Requesting a quota increase is described in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/latest/userguide/request-quota-increase.html In my experience usually these requests are turned around quite promptly.
