I had a similar issue while trying to setup my AWS Builder ID. I signed up to credly with email A and builder id with email B. I solved this by changing the email associated to my builder id to A. Linked credly. then changed it back to B. You sadly do lose your question and answer history doing this, but you at least can have your profile reflect your credentials correctly.
