AWS Credly Badge

I have passed my Cloud practitioner exam. I have two accounts in AWS and I have merged both the emails on credly but I am not able to view my badge on credly? I have not heard back from case support either.

Both my emails are: Kawtheradam63@gmail.com - the email in which I was receiving notification zahra1193@hotmail.com - My amazon account in which I log on and I undertook the exam and credly said AWS should merge both these accounts.

I had a similar issue while trying to setup my AWS Builder ID. I signed up to credly with email A and builder id with email B. I solved this by changing the email associated to my builder id to A. Linked credly. then changed it back to B. You sadly do lose your question and answer history doing this, but you at least can have your profile reflect your credentials correctly.
