RDS Certificate Authority EOL update not working

Hi, I'm trying to modify a RDS instance so the certificate authority gets updated. In general I'm just updating the minor version and leaving everything as is. But when I try to modify it I get the error:

We're sorry, your request to modify DB instance bitbot has failed. Certificate not found: rds-ca-2019

It is complaining about the old certificate to be replaced, so makes the process impossible. Does anybody know how to update the certificate authority now?

I found out that if you're rotating the certificate you can't change the minor version, so I left the only change to rotate the certificate and it worked now
