A certificate for this thing could not download

Question

Hi, I am a new user for IOT.   
When I try to built my first thing, I can create the certificate. However, I could not download the "A certificate for this thing", because it was blocked by Windows.   
message: xxxxxx-certificate.pem.crt was blocked because this type of file can harm your device.  
I try to disable the Windows Security but without improvement.  
Please help to teach me.

The other method could not work. I will try to use aws CLI to generate the cert.

Hi,   
 It could be operating system specific error. You may be able to choose either `Save anyway` or `Discard`.  If that is not the case, use aws CLI to generate certificate and attach to thing.
