Recently lost access to PeopleMetrics Headcount Dashboard

Recently lost access to PeopleMetrics Headcount Dashboard when I have had it for the past 3+ years. I have all the permissions to the correct groups but when I try to click on that dashboard with my regular signin it says "we can't open that dashboard, this usually happens when you don't have access permission, it's from another QuickSight account, or it was deleted."
