Elasticache nodes taking long time to create

We've been creating Elasticache Redis clusters for close to a year, but this month we've been encountering errors due to Elasticache taking well over an hour to create a new cluster.

The clusters are using engine version 7.0.5, with a node type of 'cache.t4g.micro'.

Has there been any changes that could have caused this significant increase in creation time?

We can also confirm this long times. In our case our Redis Cluster got even stuck in the "Modifying" state for over 16h already.

    I hit the same behavior just today, just changed a user password and ACL and then the cluster went to modifying status for over 2 hours already. I cant do anything on that state just restart the nodes but it doesn't have any effect. was your problem solved without support intervention? I don't have any support plan and didn't needed for over 15 years of working with AWS. Thanks!
