creating codecommit with sso credentials

I have aws organization setup and using the former sso credential to access all members account. How do i setup a codecommit user for the group that my sso user is part of? should i use credentials helper setup. what do you advice?

    I have followed through all the steps mentioned in these tutorials, but when I try to clone a repo, I still get a pop up from Git Credentials Manager asking for username and password. Can someone please suggest what the solution is?
