There are multiple facets to AWS data transfer pricing - which are explained here https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cur/latest/userguide/cur-data-transfers-charges.html, however, it sounds like you are interested in lowering your costs for data to the internet.

If your volume is really large (> 500TB), reach out to your AWS Account Manager, they would be able to advise if there are any volume based pricing options available that you can take advantage of.
