Hello.
From reading the documentation below, it appears that in countries where sender ID is not supported, calls will be sent using other supported calling numbers.
If a test is possible, I think it would be better to check in advance whether you can send it.

Confirm that the country that you send messages to supports sender IDs. If the country doesn't support sender IDs, then one of the other supported origination numbers is used to deliver your messages.
