SFTP working for 1 customer, but not another

I have an SFTP server. I can login and see directories, and partner A can as well , but partner B can not. . Im using the same same roles and policies. but partner A get access denied after connecting.

Hello,

Can you please provide more details about the failed connection attempt? Can you provide more detailed logging from the client's session? For example, using the 'sftp' command you can use the '-vvv' option for verbose such as 'sftp -vvv username@server'
