I suggest exploring using AWS Application Migration Service, basically uses an agent to replicate the server to EC2 - feel free to give some more details/questions and I can attempt to answer

I agree with Peter. AWS MGN is a good option for lift & shift and more likely infrastructure that's On-prem. In case you require any help regarding Peter's recommendation, I'll be glad also to help.
