Account Verification Issue

I am not receiving an OTP on my phone number (Pakistan | Telenor) while setting up my AWS Account. I have also opened a case on AWS Support about a week ago, but still there is no response there. I am very disappointed by AWS Services. Very Bad! What to do now?
