For one week I was able to get amazon ads via PA-APIs (Scratchpad / Getitems, and i request about 14 resources). however, then the PA-APIs stopped working. the "Error! TooManyRequests" message has been an ongoing issue for 2 weeks.
4 days ago i created new Access and Secret PA-API keys; however, whether i use the original Access/Secret keys or the new ones, i get the "Error! TooManyRequests" message. I'm trying both Access/Secret keys only once/day (again, Scratchpad / Getitems, and i request about 14 resources). let that sink in -- there is NO "too many requests" at one click (Run request) per day.
i email amazon support and have chatted; they sent the identical links to read documentation. read 5 miles of documentation to figure out why the pa-api sys stopped working after a week? the issue is localized and this is very frustrating.
how can i get a clear answer why my two PA-APIs Access/Secret keys are not working (after working for a week) for my one store ID on a website about fruiting plants? i'm no wizard but been building websites for 25 years. please help.
