I have an ecs batch task that runs every 10 minutes.

But that batch missed about one hour this morning with the given failure reason. Capacity is unavailable at this time. Please try again later or in a different availability zone

The launchType is FARGATE, and I have set 3 subnets in different AZ. So I assumed it should be no problems.
