You don't appear to have any Name Servers in Route53 for wampei.com. While whois may display the Name Servers, I wonder if you've actually removed those NS entries somehow from Route53, or the addresses for them have changed.

It turns out the as smcstewart pointed out the hosted domain and the dns records don't match. Why this only started this month is beyond me.
I was able to update the domain registration with the hosted zone and BOOM! Its working.
In summary -
If you have a situation where you have a hosted zone and a domain registration on AWS and it stops working. Make sure the Domain Name Server entries match the hosted zone entires exactly.
