Simple Email Service Out of SandBox Mode

How do I get my Simple Email Service out of SandBox Mode. I want to be able to have hosted websites send emails through contact forms on verified domain names. My understanding is that it can only send to verified email addresses while in sandbox mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
