Check to see that your computer time is set correctly - it's extremely odd that the console says "Last fetched 53 years ago" which happens to be the beginning of the Unix time epoch (1970). My guess is that your computer time is slightly in the future.
I have the same exact issue and Im not able to continue with my project. Did you encounter the root cause of the problem? We are trying with different IAM users from different computers/OSs without luck. Please help.
