Hi,

Is there available API for getting the customer endpoint by specific contact. I need to get the $.CustomerEndpoint.Address of the customer or more details of the caller info (phone number, name, location etc if available) without modifying the contact flow?

No API as far as I know. But, If your have access to the CTR (you can enable data streaming to get a copy of the Contact Trace Record upon closing contact ) you'll have all the information about the contact. If he contact is closed, you should try to add an update to regenerate the CTR.

You will find customer endpoint at ContactTraceRecord.CustomerEndpoint.Address
