AWS for SSO and MFA

Hello, is it possible to use AWS to create and manage a token for SSO to all our apps and websites? So, we have our user DB and our login system, now we are trying to implement an sso for all our apps and websites, I was wondering if it's possible to have AWS Lambda or SSO to manage the SSO, we cannot transfer our DB to AWS though, we will need to pass the user info. Thanks
