Connection issue to the EC2 instance

Hi all; I have created one instance but I have issue to connect it. When I want to connect to it I got below error.

connect to host ec2-3-208-19-108.compute-1.amazonaws.com port 22: Connection timed out

But if I share a hotspot connection with my mobile phone, I'm able to connect to this instance. Thanks in advance for your returns and best regards.

Hello.

It seems like you're getting a timeout error, but are the inbound rules in your EC2 security group allowing the required communication?
Also, check whether SSH traffic is allowed on the gateway router of your on-premises network.
