Access denied while accessing Auto Scaling

Sorry for my eanglish. When i start my enviroment i get notification like - "Environment health has transitioned from Pending to Warning. Initialization in progress (running for 2 minutes). There are no instances. Access denied while accessing Auto Scaling using role "arn:aws:iam:role/service-role/aws-elasticbeanstalk-service-role". Verify the role policy" I try all advices, i add all Auto Scaling permissions in aws-elasticbeanstalk-service-role, but it doesn't help.

Hi, Check the below steps and try to rebuild the environment.

  • Navigate to IAM in the AWS Console.
  • Navigate to the aws-elasticbeanstalk-service-role (under Access Management > Roles).
  • Attach the following policies: AutoScalingFullAccess ElasticLoadBalancingFullAccessAttach
