Check Staffing always seem to return TRUE, even if no agents connected.

Hi,

Check Staffing always returns TRUE, even if no agents connected or online.
My flow does the following:

  1. set working queue
  2. check hours of operation (current queue)
  3. check staffing (STAFFED) (current queue) -> i've also tried ONLINE
  4. check queue status TimeInQueue<3min (current queue)
  5. set customer queue flow
  6. transfer to queue

So I have a problem with step 3. It always passes to step 4... even if nobody connected. No idea why... The idea is to transfer to an external number if no agents connected or online.

Anybody an idea?

Ok.. found the problem... one of the agents got stuck... Even after I've deleted the user it was still shown up as available in the real time stats... After I cleared all my browser caches the user was finally no longer shown as available. All ok now :)
