Hi,

Does WorkMail automatically empty the trash folders? If so is it possible to disable this?

Hi,

WorkMail does not automatically remove messages from the deleted items or trash folder. But messages that are deleted from the "Deleted items" folder will be removed after 30 days. During these 30 days items can be recovered from the "Recover deleted items".
